Belen is a Sustainability strategist focused on corporate ESG initiatives. She implements strategies, enhances governance, and guides executives on ESG performance. With a master's from Harvard, she co-founded Baseline SD, a minority-owned firm for sustainable development.

Caridad has 20 years of CSR and Sustainable Development experience in Latin America, establishing CSR departments and strategies. Passionate about sustainability and leadership, she reduces corporate impacts and promotes governance practices while leading initiatives for a sustainable future.

Luis Fernando is an experienced corporate communicator with over 20 years in managing identity, culture, brand, and reputation. During his nearly 11 years at Holcim, he founded the Corporate Communications department and created successful strategies implemented across South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Monica is a Sustainability and ESG strategist with diverse industry experience. She specializes in carbon accounting, net-zero targets, and climate assessments. Monica ensures quality data management and emissions monitoring aligned with the GHG Protocol while utilizing various emission factors for calculations and providing ESG framework guidance.
